Privacy Policy
Effective August 19, 2026
This policy explains how Markinity CRM collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the CRM and its integrations.
Information we process
- Account information such as your name, email address, role, and organization.
- CRM information you enter, including contacts, campaigns, tasks, messages, workflows, and reports.
- For Gmail, the connected email address, OAuth authorization tokens, and outgoing message details required to send email you request.
- Operational information such as accepted sends, failures, opens, link clicks, timestamps, and security logs.
How Google user data is used
Markinity uses Google user data only to identify an account the user chooses to connect and to send email the user requests through that account. The public Gmail connection does not request access to read inbox messages or mailbox contents. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or allow humans to read it except when necessary for security, legal compliance, or user-requested support.
Markinity CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Why we use information
We use information to provide CRM features, complete requested communications, maintain security, diagnose failures, display campaign reporting, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and sharing
Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, including with Google for Gmail authorization and sending, Firebase for application authentication and data hosting, and Supabase for secure server-side processing and scheduling. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect users and the service.
Security and retention
OAuth credentials are stored server-side and encrypted using authenticated encryption. Access is limited by user identity and organization. We retain information while an account or connected integration is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and operational purposes.
Your choices
You can disconnect an individual Gmail account from Settings → Integrations. You may also revoke Markinity's access in your Google Account security settings. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, contact us.
