Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Markinity CRM. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only as permitted by law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the CRM content you upload or create.

Email and messaging responsibilities

You may connect only accounts you control or are authorized to use. You must have a lawful basis and any required consent before contacting recipients. You may not use Markinity for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, malware, unlawful lists, or attempts to evade provider limits and policies. You must honor opt-outs and applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.

Google and other providers

Third-party integrations remain subject to their providers' terms, limits, and availability. You authorize Markinity to send requested messages through accounts you explicitly connect. Markinity does not control delivery decisions made by Google or other providers.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Preview or experimental features may change without notice.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access that creates security risk, violates these terms, harms others, or exposes the service to legal liability. You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Markinity is not responsible for lost business, indirect damages, third-party provider outages, or delivery and filtering decisions outside its control.
